Man, 19, charged with stunting in Antigonish County

Mounties say a 19-year-old Saint John, New Brunswick man has been charged for stunting after he was going 55 km/hr over the posted speed limit in Antigonish County on Monday. 

RCMP Eastern Traffic Services observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed on highway 104 in Addington Forks just before 4 p.m.  

Police say the vehicle was clocked at 165 km/h in an 110 km/hr zone.

The man's license has been suspended for 7 days and the vehicle was seized.  

The fine for stunting in Nova Scotia is $2,422.50.
