Man charged for string of break-and-enters

Annapolis District RCMP say they have charged a 24-year-old man following a break-in at  home in Middleton on Friday.

Officers responded to a home on Reagh Avenue around 2:45 a.m. Friday and noted tracks leading from the home.

RCMP say the suspect was located nearby, arrested without incident and taken to Kingston Detachment.

Police say Tyler James Guest of Middleton has been charged with break and enter and three counts of breach of recognizance.

He appeared in Digby Provincial Court yesterday and was remanded into custody.

RCMP say he is scheduled back in court on Monday.

Police say their investigation is ongoing and they expect further charges.
