Man charged in connection with Cape Breton break and enters
A 23-year-old man has been charged following a series of break and enters in Neil's Harbour last month.
Ingonish District RCMP say, in each case, a window was smashed from the outside and the homes were entered.
Brandon Thomas Briand was arrested Monday and faces five counts of break and enter, two counts of breach of conditions, and possession of a break-in instrument.
He's been remanded into custody, with another court appearance scheduled for tomorrow.
RCMP say two 16-year-old boys were also arrested in connection with these incidents and later released.
