Man facing impaired driving charges after Masstown crash

Police say a man is facing impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle crash in Colchester County.

The RCMP say a motorcycle lost control and left Highway 2 in Masstown shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday.

They say officers found the driver at a nearby home and arrested him.

He was taken to hospital by ambulance to be treated for his injuries.

Police say a 22-year-old Onslow Mountain man is facing charges of impaired driving and refusing a blood demand.

He's scheduled to appear in Truro provincial court in October.
