MHL teams announce territorial draft selections

Maritime Hockey League (MHL) teams have announced their territorial draft selections ahead of this weekend's Entry Draft in Berwick.

The Bearcats selected Ben Fraser, a forward from Pleasant Valley who spent last season with the Weeks Major Midgets.

Truro will receive a compensation pick following the third round of the draft for not making a second selection.

Teams that have made no territorial selections will receive compensation picks following rounds two and three of the Entry Draft.

The MHL’s Annual General Meetings and Entry Draft run from Thursday through Saturday.
