Motorcyclist charged with impaired driving in Enfield
The RCMP say a 46-year-old motorcyclist faces impaired driving charges after a collision with a van on Highway 2 near Oldham Road in Enfield.
Police were called to the scene around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday and say officers noticed signs of impairment in the motorcycle rider.
The RCMP say the man from Wellington failed a roadside test and was arrested.
His blood alcohol level was found to be twice the legal limit during a breath test at the Enfield detachment and he was charged.
There were no injuries reported.
