Nova Scotia legislature to resume April 25th

What could be the last sitting of the Nova Scotia legislature before the next provincial election is set to begin April 25th.

The Liberal government is approaching four years in power this fall and there has been speculation Premier Stephen McNeil could call a snap spring election.

Last week, McNeil said there would be a spring sitting of the legislature and his government would table a budget -- adding time would determine what happens after that.

A date for the budget has not been announced.
