Nova Scotia Securities Commission issues investor alert.

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission (NSSC) has issued an investor alert.

The NSSC says Kaizen Group International Ltd., a company registered in England, and are not registered to sell securities in Nova Scotia.

Reza Mokhtarian, a resident of Ontario and the sole director and secretary of the company, has been charged with fraud over $5,000.

The commission says and its products have been promoted through social media and Kijiji.

A similar investor alert was issued in Quebec.
