NSFA preparing recommendations for new Traffic Safety Act

The Nova Scotia Federation of Agriculture (NSFA) will have a voice at the table as the provincial government works on a new Traffic Safety Act.

NSFA Transportation Committee Chair Amanda Eisses (Eye-sees) says they're grateful to be able to submit recommendations.

She says it gives them a chance to highlight some issues they like to see addressed, such as adding self-propelled implements of husbandry and expanding the definition of farm tractor in the new revised act.

Feedback can be sent to the NSFA until June 8th.
