One man killed, another facing charges in Cape Breton crash

One man is dead and another is facing charges after a crash in the Cape Breton community of Kempt Head.

The RCMP say four men were in a car that crashed on Kempt Head Road around 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

One of the passengers, a 22-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other passengers, aged 22 and 27, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the 24-year-old driver was arrested at the scene and will be charged in relation to the crash.

The vehicle was seized and the RCMP say their investigation is ongoing.
