Police continue to investigate the 'suspicious' death of Crystal Jack twenty years later
Saturday marks the twentieth anniversary of what police call the "suspicious" death of 30-year-old Crystal Jack.
Police say Jack was last seen at her home on Agricola Street in Halifax on July 15th, 1997, and was reported missing by her mother the following week.
They say the investigation revealed that she may have been threatened by people known to frequent Halifax's north end.
On June 9th, 2011, a skull bone, which was identified to be Jack's, was found by surveyors in the woods near the 3300 block of Sackville Drive in Middle Sackville.
Police say they believe there are people with information that could result in an arrest and possible charges.
Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to contact the police or Crime Stoppers.
