Police investigate Lower Sackville BB gun attack

Police say an 18-year-old man is facing charges following a bizarre incident outside of a Lower Sackville business.

Mounties responded to the Sackville Drive business on Friday after receiving a 911 call about someone firing a BB gun at employees.

Police say the gun was being fired from the third-floor window of a nearby apartment building.

An 18-year-old man from Lower Sackville was arrested at the scene and a pellet gun was seized.

He's facing charges of assault with a weapon, and police say more charges are pending.

No one was hurt during the incident.
