Police investigate 'suspicious' death of man in Sydney

Cape Breton Regional Police are calling the death of a 37-year-old man in Sydney 'suspicious.' 

CTV Atlantic reports officers responded to a man being struck by a vehicle on Argyle Street around 3:40 a.m. Thursday. 

Police say officers saw the man was dead upon their arrival. 

The Cape Breton Regional Police Service's Traffic Unit, the Forensic Identification Unit, the General Investigative Section, and Major Crime Unit are assisting with the investigation.
