RCMP say Abercrombie man taken to hospital with serious injuries following two-vehicle crash
RCMP say a 25-year-old man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Abercrombie.
Emergency crews responded to the accident involving a 2009 Ford Ranger and a 2011 Hyundai Accent around 2:50 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of Abercrombie Road and Trenton Connector.
Police say the Abercrombie man, who was driving the Hyundai, was taken by EHS Lifeflight to the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax.
The passenger in the car, a 26-year-old Pictou man, and the driver of the Ford Ranger, a 52-year-old New Glasgow man, were both transferred to the Aberdeen Hospital in New Glasgow with non-life threatening injuries.
An RCMP Collision Analyst was called to the scene to examine the evidence and the investigation is continuing.
