'Small batch' of blank Roll Up cups distributed in Atlantic Canada, Alberta

Tim Hortons says a "small batch" of misprinted paper cups were distributed in Atlantic Canada and Alberta for the coffee chain's annual Roll up the Rim contest.

Some customers are reporting that when they roll up their rims to check for prizes, there is no message printed there, not even "try again."

Tims says no major prizes have been affected by their supplier's misprint, and the odds of winning remain the same, thanks to an audit process.

Customers who get a misprinted cup are being offered a free replacement cup, filled with a hot beverage of their choice.
