Sunday marks 3 years since Moncton shooting

Sunday marks three years since three RCMP officers were shot and killed during a rampage in Moncton.

Constables Doug Larche, Dave Ross and Fabrice Gevaudan were gunned down while responding to a call of an armed man dressed in camouflage on the evening of June 4, 2014.

Two other constables – Eric Dubois and Darlene Goguen – were injured in the shooting.

The gunman later pleaded guilty and was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 75 years.
