Two charged following East Amherst drug bust
Two people from East Amherst face a slew of drug trafficking charges after police searched a home on Tyndal Road on Thursday.
Three adults and a child were in the home, and RCMP say they located crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, oxycodone pills, marijuana, ammunition, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Thirty-one-year-old Jamie Ross Trenholm is charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, and oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marijuana, four counts of failure to comply with bail conditions, and one count of failing to comply with a firearm prohibition order.
Thirty-one-year-old Nicole Ann Canton faces one count each of possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, and oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marijuana.
A 46-year-old man was released from custody without charges.
