Two men face charges after Oxycodone seized during traffic stop, RCMP say

RCMP say two men are facing charges after Oxycodone was seized during a traffic stop on Highway 19 in Judique North.

The seizure took place around 4 p.m. Wednesday and resulted in the arrests of two men.

Police say a 48-year-old Ontario man, who was driving the vehicle, and a 76-year-old Inverness man, who was a passenger, are facing charges of possession of oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking.

They are scheduled to appear in court on September 25th.
