Two more reports of Halloween candy tampering in N.S.
The RCMP is investigating two more reports of Halloween candy tampering.
Kings District RCMP were contacted last Friday after a teenaged girl bit into a chocolate treat, and police say she had received it in the Port Williams area.
On Monday, Halifax District RCMP were told a child bit into two separate chocolate bars and found a needle in one, and a paperclip in the other.
The parents said the child was trick-or-treating in the North Green Road area of Timberlea.
There were no injuries in either incident, and the treats were seized as part of the investigation.
