William Sandeson's murder trial shown initial police interview

A Halifax police officer says accused murderer William Sandeson was polite and co-operative when first questioned by investigators in August 2015.

RCMP Sergeant Charla Keddy was testifying Monday at Sandeson's first-degree murder trial in Halifax.

Sandeson is accused of killing fellow university student Taylor Samson during a drug deal.

The jury hearing the case watched a police in which Sandeson says he last saw Samson two days before he disappeared, but Sandeson says he didn't buy any marijuana from Samson because the quality was poor.
