Today is World Mental Health Day
In some capacity or another we all deal with stress and anxiety among perhaps some other mental health issues. How we cope and deal with it is important. For me, it's my camera and being alone with it taking pictures.
I use photography as an escape. It gets me out of my head while I try to compose a shot. All of my focus is spent on capturing what I see in the viewfinder with maybe some of idea on what the final image will look like. I spent a lot of time with this little leaf. And the whole time the outside world was gone.
