Looking for a workout but you don’t have 1- time 2- money for a gym 3-any idea what to do

 

Here’s a quick at home work out that requires no weights and takes less than 15 minutes to do.

10 jumping jacks

10 push ups

10 squats

1 minute plank

Rest for a minute

Rrepeat. Do this 5 times. You’ll definitely feel it the next day!
