RCMP investigate break and enter in Shortts Lake

Police are asking for the public's help as they investigate a break, enter and theft in Colchester County.

The RCMP say a residential garage in the community of Shortts Lake was broken into sometime on Wednesday.

Several items were taken, say police, including:

  • an orange 2009 Kubota side-by-side with a dumpbox on the back (similar model pictured above) and a Nova Scotia farm plate FT46066;
  • a grey 2 HP Honda outboard motor; and
  • a grey 5 HP Honda outboard motor.

A separate cottage was also broken into on the same street, and although nothing was reported stolen, police say the inside was damaged.

Anyone with information about either incident is asked to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
