    The Selkirk Waterfront Festival is a community celebration hosted by the Burnside Gorge Community Association. This fun-filled, multi-cultural family event offers something for everyone. Come and enjoy a day of exciting activities offered by PISE, jump around in a bouncy castle, taste cuisine from around the world, visit the unique items for sale at the artisan craft market and enjoy live local entertainment!
  • Al's "21 for 21"

    Al's $21 for 21km is underway! Al plans to run the KOOL Oak Bay Half Marathon on Sunday, May 28th in support of CFAX Santas Anonymous Society. Al has raised over $85,000.00 in four years so Santas Anonymous can help fund local summer camps and special therapies for local children in need or help families in crisis.
    How can you help?
    1. Tune in and donate to Al's $21 for 21 km, Friday May 26, 6am to 9am.

    3. Volunteer - as a Road Marshall and cheer on Al and the Santas Anonymous team race day
    4. Collect pledges -- call the Santas Anonymous office at 250.920.4644 arrange for pledge sheets and fundraise for Al's $21 for 21km.
  • HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens

    Westhills Stadium - Langford
    The HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens is a two-day tournament held on May 27-28, 2017 hosted at the home of Canadian Rugby at Westhills Stadium in Langford, BC. The tournament features twelve of the world’s top women’s rugby sevens teams, including the Olympian champions from the Rio 2016 Olympics. The HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens will be the fifth in a six-stop world tour as part of the HSBC World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series.

    There's still time to register for the 2017 KOOL Oak Bay Half Marathon! The Oak Bay Half-Marathon, Relay, 10k & Kids 1k are some of BC's most scenic running events. The Oak Bay half kicks off on Sunday, May 28th starting at the beautiful Windsor Park and will wind its way through the heart of Oak Bay's shopping district the course then loops out and back along the scenic seaside route of Beach Drive. This course is certified.
