The H&R Block poll reveals British Columbians are the biggest procrastinators in filing: 51% of taxpayers here still have it on their "To Do" list.
On the other side: 65% of Quebec residents have already submitted their paperwork.
On average -- 44 percent of Canadians say they haven't filed yet. The deadline to file a personal income tax return is Tuesday April 30th.
