Second person arrested in connection with Christmas day thefts in Nanaimo
A second man has been arrested by Nanaimo RCMP in connection to a Christmas break and enter of a Nanaimo home, where number of wrapped gifts and Christmas stockings were stolen.
Police say 21-year Axel Wolfgang Lambert of Nanaimo was arrested Tuesday morning and was held in custody overnight.
Lambert has been formally charged with one count of Break and Enter and will appear in Nanaimo Provincial court .
Another accused, 20-year-old Justin Feusse, has been previously remanded into police custody and is scheduled to make his next court appearance on Thursday.
The investigation is continuing.
