Time to "spring forward" this weekend

Don't forget to Spring forward this coming weekend.   Before going to bed Saturday night, set your clocks ahead 1 hour.  It means 1 hour less sleep, but the payoff is an hour more daylight from now on.

Sleep experts advise that getting less sleep puts stress on your body - so try to get to bed earlier if possible.

ICBC says the time change can also affect the accident rate for the first week as fatigued drivers try to adjust.
