Visually impaired man had coat snatched from arms by a passing cyclist

On Saturday afternoon a visually impaired man had his jacket snatched out of his arms by an individual riding a bike. The 71 year old reported to VicPD that at 12:45pm on the corner of Fort and Douglas, a cyclist grabbed the coat and sped away.

It is described as a 3/4 length burgundy Lands' End raincoat with a sheepskin collar and multiple pockets. It was a gift from his late wife which also had his monocular in one of the pockets, which assist him to see.
