WATCH: Greta Van Fleet working on something different

Greta Van Fleet recently played the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid. A correspondent from NME caught up with the band backstage and grilled them about new music.

Guitarist Jake Kiszka revealed, "we're hoping to have it out by the end of this year, and it is an album".

Asked about the sonic direction that the band is taking, Jake mused, "as it sort of unfolds now, it's sort of an example of where we are musically right now. So, it's definitely much different than Anthem of the Peaceful Army would have been".

Bassist and brother Sam Kiszka continued, "I think it's really the next step in the evolution of what we want to do [...] as far as the entire intent goes, just incorporating more sounds, more tones, more styles of music, perhaps and kind of taking a step in the cinematic direction".
