Where to watch NBA Finals Game 6 in Montreal
The Toronto Raptors face off against the Golden State Warriors tonight for Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Whether you're a Raptors fan or just a bandwagon jumper (no judgment here!), there are several public viewing party options in Montreal.
Crescent Street near de Maisonneuve in Downtown Montreal is already scheduled to be closed for the Combats de lutte Olympique wrestling event at 7pm. The closure will be extended after the event to show Game 6 on a giant screen as of 9pm.
Peel Street in Downtown Montreal will also see a repeat of Monday night's festivities and will be closed between Rene-Levesque boulevard and de Maisonneuve for a public viewing party. A giant screen will be set up in Dorchester Square and neighbouring bars and restaurants will be showing the game on their televisions.
Cineplex Odeon's Quartier Latin (350 Emery Street) and Quartier Cavendish (5800 Cavendish boulevard, Cote St. Luc) theatres will also be screening the NBA Finals. Admission is free but you must reserve a ticket. Details at cineplex.com.
The Toronto Raptors are currently leading the series 3-2.
