Prime Minister Trudeau says Canada stands with the U-K after Wednesday attack

 British authorities have not yet identified the man they say carried out yesterday's attack on London's Westminster Bridge and outside Parliament that left a total of four people dead, including the attacker.
 
 The other victims were a police officer guarding the Parliament complex and two civilians, and 29 people required hospitalization.
    
 Police are treating the attack as terrorism, but there have been no claims of responsibility.
