Woodstock police looking for information on recent reports of mischief

Woodstock police are looking for information involving two investigations.

The Woodstock Police Force made two social media posts over the weekend.

The first post said members of the force responded Thursday, March 16 to the scene of an attempted theft of a snowmobile at a Houlton Street residence.

The owner told officers that a culprit or culprits were on the private property sometime late March 15 or early March 16 and moved the snowmobile, likely trying to hot wire the machine.

On March 19 a resident living on Main Street near the Woodstock courthouse contacted Woodstock police regarding a mischief alleged to have occurred overnight.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Woodstock police.
