2 Laval cops hailed as heros during Laval flooding
A report said a couple of Laval cops recently saved the lives of 2 area flood victims.
Journal de Montreal reported Marc-André Lamarre and Anthony Mager-Ducas were asked to verify a garage gas line due to a fear of theft.
They were patrolling on the night of May 12th when they smelled gas as they pulled in.
They immediately called the firefighters and yelled out to the residents inside, and eventually knocked on the door.
They subsequently realized the couple was sleeping and could have died of carbon monoxide poisoning.
