CAA releases top ten worst roads list
CAA Quebec has released its annual list of worst roads in Quebec.
One road in Montreal makes the top ten list while four others get a special mention.
In the number one spot is Chemin Kilmar in Grenville-sur la-Rouge in the Laurentians across the Ottawa River from Hawkesbury.
Gouin Boulevard east is the fourth worst road in the province.
In addition to Gouin east, Labrosse Avenue in Pointe-Claire, St-Charles Road in Kirkland, Cote St-Luc Road and Pie IX Boulevard all get special mention as being the worst roads on the island.
The CAA says 10,000 people participated in the online survey.
Municipal officials in areas cited by the survey will be contacted and the CAA says it will carry out studies then to see if any repair work was carried out.
