Cities and towns waiting to hear from UPAC on alleged corruption and collusion

According to a report in the Journal de Montreal, a number of Quebec cities and towns have yet to hear from investigators with the province's anti-corruption unit on alleged collusion and corruption cases in recent years.
Revelations were made at the Charbonneau commission about alleged wrongdoing in Longueuil, Lachute and Blainvile, among others.
There's been a cleanup in Montreal, Laval and Terrebonne, but other areas are still waiting.
Some officials are reported saying they believe investigations weren't even launched.
UPAC boss Robert Lafreniere announced his departure October 1st.
