City of Beaconsfield joins Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
Beaconsfield mayor Georges Bourelle says it's a new way for townspeople to keep abreast of events and activities that take place
"We are pleased to introduce these additional channels of communication to facilitate the promotion of Beaconsfield's cultural, recreational and library services. This will help encourage citizen participation in all the events and activities available," the mayor said in a news release. "I invite residents to follow us on our Facebook and Instagram pages to stay informed about activities proposed by the City and keep up to date with what is happening in our community."
The City of Beaconsfield is also new to Twitter, having joined last month.
