Coldplay fans left out in the cold over bogus tickets
A number of people who thought they were going to see the British band Coldplay at the Bell Centre last night were turned away because their tickets were bogus.
About 50 people were taken in by someone who had advertised tickets for sale on Kijiji.
Radio Canada says they apparently paid between $100 and $230 to someone who had shown up at their door after making contact through the website.
A number of the victims filed complaints with police.
Coldplay performed twice in Montreal this week.
The shows Tuesday and Wednesday were sold out.
