CTA expanding investigation into Sunwing complaints
The Canadian Transportation Agency is expanding an investigation into Sunwing Airlines to include flights that originated at Trudeau Airport.
Last week the CTA began to look into more than 80 passenger complaints concerning 23 Sunwing flights to and from Pearson Airport in Toronto.
The complaints included flight delays and cancellations, tarmac delays as well as lost, late and damaged baggage.
The CTA says it now wants to hear from passengers from almost two dozen Sunwing flights in and out of Montreal between April 14 and April 18.
The deadline to file a complaint is May 31.
