'Montreal North Rapist' due back in court

There's reports that the 'Montreal North Rapist' has re-offended just three weeks after being released from a ten-and-a-half year sentence.

Wisbens Demosthenes is expected back in court this week in St-Jérôme in relation to a new sexual assault case.

He had sexually assaulted nine women as a teenager — between November 2005 and October 2006 — which earned him his title and ten and a half year sentence.

His crimes became more violent after time — his last three victims were sexually assaulted at knife point.

The Journal de Montreal reports Demosthenes allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl.

They also report he has broken two other conditions of his release.
