Quebec's pot shops will open seven days a week, starting next week
Starting on May 20, you'll be able to buy pot at a store every day.
The 12 government-run pot dispensaries across Quebec will reopen seven days a week, thanks to improved supply.
Shortly after the stores opened last October, the SQDC, the government's pot agency, announced they would be closing stores on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays until further notice, because of supply problems.
The agency now says you'll now have access to to between 40 and 60 products in store, instead of 15 to 20.
Starting on Victoria Day, SQDC stores will be open every day at 10 a.m. They'll close on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. (the downtown store, however, will remain open until 9 p.m. because of heavy traffic), Thursdays and Fridays at 9 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays at 5 p.m.
