Theirno-Oury Barry sentenced to three years for sex assaults at Laval University

There was a guilty plea Monday morning in the case of Thierno-Oury Barry, A 20-year-old man admitted to sexually assaulting four women and breaking into the dorm rooms of four others at Quebec City's Laval University.

The break-ins at the university's Parent pavilion took place on the night of Oct. 14, 2016.

He was handed a three-year prison sentence. Once he's done serving his time, the former student will be deported to his native Guinea.
