WATCH: Six injured in spectacular north-end car crash

Six people were hurt when a couple of cars collided on a street corner in the city's north end on Wednesday morning.

The incident happened at around 11 o'clock at the corner of St. Laurent Blvd. and Chabanel St., in the heart of Montreal's old garment district.

Montreal police suggest the driver of an SUV suffered some sort of illness behind the wheel, and crashed into another SUV parked on the street corner, with two people inside.

One of those two vehicles then knocked down three people walking on the sidewalk, as well as a traffic light.

None of the injuries are considered serious.
