Céline Dion has cancelled more shows at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
This time, the Canadian singer cites minor surgery for the decision to pull the plug on shows scheduled between March 27 and April 18.
This follows the cancellation of several shows in January due to illness.
“My luck hasn’t been very good lately... I’ve been so looking forward to doing my shows again and this happens,” Dion said in a statement shared on Facebook.
“I just can’t believe it! I apologize to everyone who planned to travel to Las Vegas to see my show. I know how disappointing this is, and I’m so sorry.”
Dion has been suffering from a middle ear disorder for more than a year that makes singing “extremely difficult.” The “minimally invasive surgical procedure” is expected to correct the problem.
The singer turns 50 on March 30.
Caesars Palace said Dion should be back on stage May 22.
