Two more women have come forward to accuse R. Kelly of sexual misconduct when they were in their teens.
Latresa Scaff was 16 and Rochelle Washington was 15 in 1995 when they were allegedly sexually harassed and assaulted by the R&B singer after a concert in Baltimore.
At a press conference on Thursday, Scaff said she and Washington were invited to a hotel suite and Kelly entered with his penis out of his pants. He allegedly asked the girls for a threesome but Washington declined and left the room.
Scaff claimed she performed oral sex on Kelly, who then had intercourse with her. The age of consent in Maryland is 16 but Scaff said she was under the influence of cocaine, marijuana and alcohol and so was unable to give consent.

Kelly was accused of sexual misconduct by several women in the Lifetime docu-series Surviving R. Kelly. The singer was reportedly dropped by his record label and artists like Lady Gaga and Céline Dion have removed their duets with Kelly from streaming services.
Kelly is reportedly under criminal investigation.
Last week, lawyer Michael Avenatti reportedly provided Chicago police with a videotape allegedly showing Kelly “engaging in multiple sexual assaults of a girl underage.”
Kelly, through his lawyer, has denied all allegations.
