The Stigma Stroll
The Stigma Stroll is a series of charity walks bringing together people in Penticton, Summerland, Peachland, West Kelowna, Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon to walk together and end the stigma around mental health. Third Space Life Charity works to close gaps in mental health in the Okanagan area, providing counselling and special programs to those who need it, but otherwise can't afford it. They work to remove barriers, end the stigma and normalize conversations surrounding mental health so no one has to battle alone in silence. In addition to the charity, they also have a non-profit third wave cafe (Third Space Coffee) and a counselling centre (Third Space Mind) - all operated out of the Landmark 2 building in Kelowna.
100% of profits from all Third Space initiatives are poured back into counselling and mental health projects in the community.
