Hack of the Night : Something to help you quit smoking

Quitting smoking can be one of the toughest things you can do.  You know it's terrible for you but you have your reasons!  If you want to give quitting a shot, they say to try this... 

Go to the sauna three days in a row!

Sounds pretty great right?!  Apparently going to a sauna for three days in a row, will help you sweat out the nicotine faster.  Not sure if it will actually help you quit completely, but it sounds like a great suggestion to me.
