Hack of the Night : Something you can eat to help lower your cholesterol

It's always a good idea to keep track of what we're putting into our bodes.  Especially as we get older.  High cholesterol is a problem for a lot of people, but there's something that you can snack on to help keep it under control..

Un-salted sunflower seeds!

They contain many nutrients, but also have a high amount of fat, which often leads people to veer away from them when they are trying to lose weight. This seems like a logical idea, but in truth, they are not fattening.
