Just The Facts : Your fears aren’t real
It's easy for me to say that I've got a fear of spiders, because I know how I feel when I see one. I tense up, get a bit scared and try to move away from it. That's just what I do. That fear of spiders is something that I developed throughout my life, not something I was born with. I saw an episode of Bear Grylls (Happy Bday to him today btw) where a man who was petrified of the smallest spider, had tarantuals the size of your fist crawling all over his chest. He chose to conquer that fear, and he did. What I'm trying to get as is whatever you're afraid of, you can beat it if you choose to. There's only TWO things that humans are born afraid of as a result of evolution. Check this out..
