LED Lights stolen from SEEDS NELSON greenhouse

Organizers say plants are suffering, after thieves made off with three panels of donated LED lights from SEEDS NELSON.

Sometime between Saturday, February 26th at noon, and Tuesday February 28th at 9am, the greenhouse in Lakeside Park was broken into, and the lights were stolen.

SEEDS NELSON has been occupying the greenhouse, which belongs to the City of Nelson, since it was rebuilt after the big June wind storm in 2015 when a tree destroyed the previous structure.

Anyone with information is asked to call Nelson Police.
