Housing up for discussion in Grand Forks
The Boundary Flood Recovery Team and Urban Matters are hosting 3 community Engagement and Social's over the next two days.
Housing Lead Emmeline Marshall-Hill says there will be discussion with residents and businesses on what steps are being taken to address housing issues and needs in the community.
With winter approaching there's been a lot of focus on the short term housing concerns, and they now have a winter housing program for immediate needs
They're also looking for input from residents and businesses on more long term solutions, and what they'd like to see in the future.
The sessions are in Gallery 2 tonight (Wednesday) from 6-9 pm, and tomorrow (Thursday) from noon to 3 and 6-9 pm.
